Reachback.org is a consortium between Wavz Research Inc, Mindtel LLC and DCB Consulting LLC.
Originally established in 2003 as a tool to track various SSF demonstrations/drills related to disaster management/recovery and shadow operations, Reachback morphed in 2006 to FOCUS on stability operations in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. We are not directly affiliated with Rotary International, or any specific NGO or Government Group. Reachback.org is a PVO - Private Volunteer Organization, that is committed to the mantra "Save the Willing First" - and to deploy COMMS for Stability and Peace Operations with a focus on Medical Communications.
